SHIPPING POLICY
Digital items purchased will be instantly delivered via the email address associated with the account.
Physical products purchased will be shipped within 2-5 business days from the date the order is placed.
Custom Orders will be discussed and given a specific ship by date when the order is placed.
Tracking numbers will be sent with plushie orders. Digital downloads and sticker orders will not receive a tracking number
Once the item is in the hands of the United States Postal Service it is out of our hands. Lost packages and claims are to be made through the Post Office. Please double check your address before submitting your order. Refunds will not be given for shipping to an incorrect address.
Merch Orders are being processed and shipped from a third party. Items are not made until they are ordered. Please allow extra time for the order to be processed, made and shipped.

Unfortunately due to the handmade nature of our items we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.
We also do not accept returns on digital downloads due to the nature of digital products.
