Return & Exchange Policy
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES- However, if there is a problem with your order we will do our best to help come up with a solution.
Shipping Policy
Pre-Made items will be shipped 2-5 business days from when your order is placed
Custom Orders will be shipped within 2 weeks of purchase unless otherwise discussed.
Business days are Monday-Friday only. Saturdays, Sundays & Holidays are not included in these days. Please factor this in when ordering.
Once the item is in the hands of the United States Postal Service it is out of our hands. Lost packages and claims are to be made through the Post Office. Please double check your address before submitting your order. Refunds will not be given for shipping to an incorrect address.
Terms and Conditions
Our Plushie’s will not survive a trip through the washing machine. Once you receive your item, we are not responsible for any damage that may occur.
Crochet Vision reserves the right to decline an order request for any reason.
Custom Orders will not be made until payment is received in full.
